Description
For the new Special Finishes Collection bottling, Limestone Branch Distillery ages their standard Small Batch bourbon (mash bill 75% corn, 13% rye, 12% malted barley) for four years.The whiskey is then finished with five different typesof toasted staves – high toast, American double toast, high vanilla, rickhouse, and spicerack – before bottling at 100 proof. The resulting whiskey features a lovely nose of caramel, vanilla, and baking spices with flavors of toffee, walnut, and white pepper before a finish of tobacco and dark chocolate.
