Description
XX de Corbin – St-Emilion 2014 is the second wine of the Grand Cru Class Chteau Corbin, located in the commune of St Emilion in the Bordeaux region, near the border with Pomerol. It is crafted from Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes.
The wine has a lovely nose with notes of violet, licorice, and black cherry. Flavours of black raspberry, thyme, blueberry, tobacco, blackberry, oak, black cherry and plum make for a suductive and classy wine. It was aged 40% in new French oak and pairs beautifully with Roast lamb.
