Description
The first release from the Wright &Brown Distilling Company of Oakland, CA, a grain to glass distillery whomills, mashes, ferments, distills,ages, and bottles on site. Theirrye whiskey is copper pot distilled from the finest quality hand-selected malted rye and barley, aged in newAmerican White Oak casks with a medium char, and bottled non-chill filtered with no coloring added at 45% ABV. No outside enzymes are added to complete fermentation,instead anextra large proportion of barley naturally completes the processfollowing traditional methods, (all that barley also lendsa phenomenally chewy body to the whiskey.)
