Description
Wiston Estates is found in the South Downs area of East Sussex, UK on south-facing slopes with chalky soil. They use the traditional Champagne grape blends of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and use no chemical sprays to treat the vines – Wiston prefer to try to use minimal intervention at every point in the wine-making process.
The Rose NV is made using a blend of three grapes – Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This is a perfect summer tipple, youthful and fresh with strawberry, wild cherry blossom and hints of sherbet on the palate.
