Description
Wiston Estates is found in the South Downs area of East Sussex, UK on south-facing slopes with chalky soil. They use the traditional Champagne grape blends of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and use no chemical sprays to treat the vines – Wiston prefer to try to use minimal intervention at every point in the wine-making process.
This 2015 vintage was made using a Pinot Noir heavy blend, resulting in indepth flavours of honey, brioche and nectarine. A true treat.
