Description
Somen are another type of Japanese noodles that are usually served cold. The hot version is often referred to as nyumen and this one in particular useswakame a type of Japanese seaweed, that melts off the tongue in
a bed of bonito flavored soup. Try it with: green onion, narutomaki (fishcake)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Open the lid halfway and add avoring packets.
2. Pour hot water to the inner line.
3. Keep lid down for 3 minutes.
4. Stir well and enjoy!
