Description
The nearly opaque dark ruby color in the glass promises bold flavors and boy, does it deliver. This red blend provides a deliciously full mouthfeel and aromas of plum, tobacco, vanilla, and a red apple. These notes follow through on the palate with just a dash of black pepper. The finish is smooth with an overall excellent balance. We highly recommend pairing with smoky foods like Gouda cheese, BBQ or roast beef.
