This wine is 50% Pinot Blanc, 25% Pinot Gris, and 25% Pinot Noir all from a single village in Alsace. A beautifully textured white wine, brimming with pear, green apple, peach, lemon, orange zest, saline, and honey. This bottling will pair beautifully with Schnitzel, shellfish, or roasted vegetables.
