Description
Vox Rouge is made from 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache. We would pair it with roast pork tenderloin. The wine is expressive with ripe raspberry and blackberry fruit. On the palate, the wine is well balanced with supple tannins and fresh, lifted acidity. The flavors are concentrated and layered with notes of spice and licorice which linger on the finish.
