This is a beautiful cellar release from the Vallana Winery in the North of Italy! Made up of 90% Nebbiolo and an undiscolsed blend of indigenous Italian varietals. A classic Nebbiolo expression with tar, roses, cherry and raspberry, the nine years of bottle age have helped bring out some truly delicious secondary flavors in this wine. Enjoy with your favorite pork and lamb dishes.
