The blend is characterized by the blackcurrant and dark-fruit flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon, matched by the more rustic leanings of Pinotage. Earthy aromas with light notes of smoke and oak. Medium-bodied with smooth tannins and bursting with flavor. Pair with beef, game or roasted poultry.
