Total skin maceration time of 30 days. Dark ruby. Perfurmed blackberry and blueberry nose with chalky, minerally hints amd a touch of mace. Juicy, fragrant and with a hint of leather adding depth. Rich, powdery tannins that build a unity with the fruit on the finish. Elegant and light of touch, in spite of its 14.5%. A bit like Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir at the same time. Certified Organic.
