Description
This wine is made from 53% Colombard, 32% Gewrztraminer, 10% Zinfandel, and 5% Albario. We would pair it with Birria tacos or oysters with fresh lemon juice. The wine sees one week of skin-contact, three weeks shorter than Tinto Amorio’s Bheeyo bottling of the same blend. It is fun, aromatic, refreshing, and has notes of mandarin orange, and peach candy. It is the perfect wine to share with friends.
