Experience the unique flavors! Grown and hand-picked organically, this dry-farm Zinfandel features a 10-day semi-carbonic maceration, resulting in a smooth and bold taste. Sur lie aged and finished with a blend of French oak and stainless steel, it pairs perfectly with grilled fish or spicy vegetable chili.
