Description
This very special bottle of Sancerre Blanc is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, like always. We love this concentrated bottling paired with fish stew with or chicken roasted with saffron. This cuve was first bottled in 1997 in homage to Joe Dressner’s and Denyse Louis’ dog Buster and is bottled annually (unlike other Buster cuves, which are otherwise only a one-time, one-shot special bottling from a given Dressner producer). “Cuve Buster” is a a selection of the best Monts Damns lots, aged for 8-9 months in two 600-liter foudres and bottled unfiltered. Extremely limited.
