Color: Light amber, golden hue.
Nose: Light and mellow oak with citrus undertones. Natural agave.
Flavor: Natural agave, warm vanilla, tree nuts, spiced cloves, ground cinnamon, caramel, oak.
THE PROCESS: 78 year-old agave is harvested by hand, and then slow cooked in traditional steam ovens to a point that is ideal for mashing while retaining the natural agave flavor. After cooking for a minimum of 3 days, the pias are left for an additional 2-3 days to cool before being mashed and distilled. The tequila is rested in American oak. Once the aging process is complete, a beautiful rich amber liquid is hatched from the barrels and decanted into a heavyweight solid ceramic bottle.
