Description
This wine is made of 50% Vermentino, 25% Trebbiano and 25% Malvasia. The winery created this to be a highly drinkable wine to accompany an aperitif or both raw and boiled fish dishes. We would pair it with fried cod tacos and a mango pineapple slaw. The Vermentino was direct pressed and fermented in stainless steel, while the Trebbiano and Malvasia were macerated on the skins for 4 months in concrete. This wine has well balanced citrus, apple, and herbal notes and is very drinkable.
