This wine is 100% Chardonnay from Champagne, France. The ‘Tte de Cuve’ from Suenen, this wine is a single vintage, and not a multi vintage blend, expressing the true majesty of the years harvest. Full of chalk, honey, apple, and citrus, this is a wine perfect for cellar aging. It will however, pair beautifully with sausage and sauerkraut, or a Ribeye.
