This wine is 100% Syrah from the Stolpman Vineyards Estate in Ballard Canyon, California. The vines were planted in the 1990’s and early 2000’s and create a youthful but subtle Syrah, true to its varietal characteristics. Stolpman is a producer striving to make classic styled Syrah, bursting with blueberries and smokey mineral flavors. Pair this wine with braised leg of lamb.
