Description
This wine is made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Light the grill for some halibut filets and make some braised white beans with garlic and rosemary on the side. This wine is sharp and classically showcases bright citrus and gooseberry flavors with a flinty texture. The Millet family has been making awesome expressions of Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc for over 5 generations.
