Perelada are considered one of the most revered Cava producers in the Catalonia region – they have been operating on this family owned estate for decades! The name refers to and honors the performers who come to play at festivals held at the Castillo Perelada who play under the night stars.
A dry, fruity wine with a persistent sparkle and a slightly alternative cava blend, involving Chardonnay. There are hints of Brioche and bread as the wine is starting to show aged characteristics. Light and enjoyable.
