The Process
To make St. George Raspberry Liqueur, we add raspberry juice to our raspberry brandy, which brings down the proof from still strength to 20% alcohol by volume.
We then adjust the sweetness and acidity with organic cane sugar, malic, and citric acid.
We use a light touch with the sugar, making sure it doesnt get in the way of the depth and nuance these berries have to offer.
Exceptional spirits begin with exceptional fruit. If we cant find raspberries that express the flavor St. George drinkers have come to expect, we wont make Raspberry Liqueur that year.
The Experience
