Whats in it?
Black peppercorn, caraway, coriander, grapefruit peel, juniper berries, and lime peel in a base of 100% pot-distilled rye.
Starting with unaged rye as the base spirit gives Dry Rye its warm, malty signature and full texture.
Juniper and rye share a spicy quality that’s complemented by black peppercorn, caraway, and coriander. The brightness of the grapefruit and lime also brings the spice into focus, giving it a clean, crisp edge that delights before yielding to the richness of the pot-distilled rye.
The Process
We vapor-infuse the juniper berries to gently extract their bright, fruity characteristics and distill everything else in our 1,500-liter pot still. Our custom Arnold Holstein stills give us precise control, allowing us to capture the exact flavors we’re after.
