The white is sensational and immediately stood out as the exact balance of what we look for in a fruity and sweet wine. A bright straw yellow with aromas of white fruit and wild flowers. The palate is balanced and soft, with notes of apricots and apples, balanced by citrus. It is a great match to steamed fish and vegetables and seafood. Serve very cold (50 degrees) for the best flavors.
