Old Scout is our family of sourced whiskeys we love. But even the best things need to change it up to keep things fresh. Which is why were finishing this gem using casks that enjoyed previous lives aging tawny port. We quietly released this experiment in our tasting room and it kiiiinda blew up. So, we decided to make more to share with all yall.
