Amorettis Sicilian Style Pistachio Praline is made from salted, dark-roasted pistachios, providing the same taste and flavor of the well-known pistachios grown in the volcanic soils surrounding Mt. Etna in Eastern Sicily. Use in a variety of baked goods and cold desserts for complex and distinct pistachio flavor. While ideal as a filling in a butter croissant or baklava recipe and in the batter of cold desserts like pistachio or spumoni ice cream the rich flavor of our pistachio praline is also perfect when paired with a luscious milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate.
