Description
This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir. 33% Whole cluster fermentation for a touch of structure underneath all the bright cranberry and candied cherry fruit. There is also a slight vegetal note on the finish. We would love this paired with a spicy chicken katsu sandwich.
