Description
This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay. Rich, but acid and fruit driven. We would pair it with Maryland Blue Crabcakes topped with lemon and butter. The wine is very much in the style of Burgundian and Jurassic Chardonnay, being slightly oxidized and rich texturally, due to some used barrel aging. The fruit and acid really come in on the finish and make for a mouthwatering glass of wine.
