The Rhum J.MEpices Creoles is the last in a series of three cocktail focused special releases for the distillery, the “Atelier des Rhums” series, each exploring different flavor profiles achieved through various cask treatments and types. While theJardin Fruit presents the rich and fruityside and the Fume Volcanique uses heavy barrel char to lend a big hit of smoke, pices Croles impresses with warm and spicy notes.
Notes of vanilla bean, honey, gingerbread, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, chili, and nutmeg.Bottled at 46% abv.
