Grown is Chiles famed Central Valley, Rayun Carmenere has aromas of ripe black fruits, cherries and blueberries. It has fine smoky notes, toast and the slightest hint of caramel. The palate is creamy and very smooth with round tannins. We recommend pairing with smoked or roasted meats. This Carmeneres bold yet refined characteristics also allow it to hold up to spicy dishes and strong, hard cheeses
