Description
Radford Dale produces some of the most stunning wines in South Africa and the world. Taking a minimal intervention approach with the land and production, these grapes were handpicked and co-fermented (instead of blending individual juices together). The resulting mix of Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvedre and Viognier creates a seamless blend that allows the beauty of each varietal to shine. This wine is deep purple in color, with expressive aromas of black fruits, pepper and spice and an inviting palate with notes of blackberries, black plums and cherries layered over smooth tannins and savory toasty notes. A gentle, yet lingering finish with good levels of natural acidity. ABV 13%
