Instead, we blend our bourbon in annual vintages that highlight the most exceptional flavors we discover in that years barrels, making each release as unique and distinctive as the promising racehorse on its label.
Straight Bourbon
We use our pioneering vintage approach and a custom mash bill to craft a superb everyday bourbon. Each bottle of our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey makes for a bold, smooth sipper at a proof that stands up to dilution in cocktails or when poured over ice. Bottled unfiltered.
Our Thoroughbreds
Pinhook is a term for finding young thoroughbreds with champion potential and nurturing them to maturity, much like we do with our barrels. To honor this parallel with whiskey-making, each Pinhook vintage celebrates a promising racehorse just starting its racing career.
