Characteristics:Pale yellow color, delicate and floral with hints of wildflowers and fresh white fruit. Thin and persistent bubbles.
Varietal:A masterly blend of Pinot Bianco, Trebbiano andChardonnay
Refinement:First fermentation in stainless steel tanks, is sparkling following the Martinotti methodwith selected yeasts.
Accompaniment:Ideal as an aperitif, excellent with vegetable or soups and risotto. Pairs well with main dishes based on grilled fish and delicate white meats. Serve at 6–8 C.
