This wine, named after the constellation “little bear,” who watches over and protects the vineyards, symbolises the essence of Pinot Grigio. Its crisp and dry style highlights youthful stone and citrus fruit flavours, accented by delicate floral notes. With a beautiful straw colour, floral and pear aromas on the nose, and the finely structured and refreshing finish.This wine goes nicely with shellfish, white meat, rice salads, grilled fish, and fresh cheeses.
