Description
This silly little DIY kit reminds us of Inky the blue ghost baddie of Pac-Man! Just mix a tablespoon of water with the powder, stir til it foams and scoop some of that blue stuff to the top of the little wafer cones that come in the pack to make mini Inky ice cream cones!
