Description
Eclipse is the embodiment of the Mount Gay style, body and aroma by which Master Blender Trudiann Branker uses to blendevery variety of Mount Gay Rum. Distinctive notes of vanilla and banana, with underlying notes of caramel, summer fruit and spice. On the palate an oaky character with slight burnt notes. Distilled on traditional column and double retort pot stills. Aged in charred ex-American whiskey barrels.
