Inger and Ian are a Hove based husband and wife team with a background in the Sciences (he was a Chemist and she was Biologist) and are now putting their considerable skills to use in the most wonderful way. they have created an urban distillery in Poets Corner in Hove, making really delicious gins and liqueurs.
After developing and swapping ideas, they both realised that they had very different ideas. This meant they created “The Chemist” and “The Scientist” named after themselves.
They have created this Christmas inspired gin with all the festive flavours you would want -sweet and bitter orange, nutmeg, cinnamon coriander and allspice, reminiscent of Christmas cake and mulled wine.
