The Lyrarakis Voila is made from 100% Assyrtiko the Volia actually referring to the area in Eastern Crete that the fruit for this wine is grown, where Assyrtiko thrives.
This wine is bright and lively in colour, with zippy flavours of white fleshed fruit (plums, peaches and citrus), a mineral quality and finished with a herbal note. This is Greeces most distinctive white grape variety and makes award winning wines.
