It comes the closest to being a clear white stand in for many of your favorite classic red bitters, making the most recognizably Negroni-esque White Negroni, but also finding an easy home in many other drinks, whether it’s complexifying a sour, adding some balance to a too-sweet stirred drink, or just enjoying as it was intended, on the rocks with a twist of citrus. A well-balanced distilled infusion of bitter herbs, aromatic plants and citrus in water and alcohol. The aroma is fruity with sweet and bitter oranges balanced by hints of spices and botanicals.
