We love this as a substitute for Cherry Heering, with a muchbrighternatural cherry flavor, and considerably less sweet. Mix into a gin rickey (it’s fantasticpaired withfresh lime juice), Singapore Sling, or swap out a portion ofthe sweet vermouth in a cocktail for a cherry infused Manhattan or Negroni riff.
