This wine, La Piuma, is a Sangiovese from the Romagna region of Italy, which is renowned for its quality of food and wine. For this wine to stand out was a challenge but this Sangiovese was up to the task!
The wine is deep rep with notes of red fruits, floral violets and a beautiful and balanced palate. As any good Italian wine should, this wine is great pair for pasta, as well as roasts and lamb.
