Description
The Domaine de Boischampt is spread over 580 hectares across the villages of Beaujolais but based in the village of Jullie. This superb 19 hectare vineyard produces wines from six different appelations; Julienas, Moulin-a-Vent, Morgon, Saint Amour, Fleurie, Chenas and Beaujolais Villages. Julienas is one of the ten crus of Beaujolais.
The estate was acquired at the end of 2017 by Anotine Romero and his partners Yuko Matsuoka and Bob Harris, an Australian- Japanese couple. The trio have great aspirations to develop the domain and enhance its reputation. The Boischampt estate will be fully organic by the end of 2024.
The grapes are all manually harvested and this particular wine has been made with absolutely no additional sulfur.
