We distill this small batch whiskey using thoughtfully sourced, high-quality barley of varying malt bills. Our open fermentation, along with the use of local Sierra Nevada water, captures the character of our mountain surroundings while our climate and elevation nurture unique aging attributes. The result is an American Single Malt Whiskey with provenance and sense of place that you can nose and taste.
