This 100 proof blended white rumis the result of anexciting collaboration between Allegheny Distilling and Hidden Harbor tiki bar from Pittsburghs Squirrel Hill neighborhood.This rum is a custom blend of Maggies Farm white rum and Queens Share rum balanced with rums sourced from Jamaica, Guyana, Martinique, Barbados, and Trinidad. Flavorful and aromatic, with a molasses funk and a smooth grassiness.
Its a full-flavored, robust white rum, with a mildly funky aroma and a surprising hint of red fruit jazzed up with ginger and white pepper on the finish. Should stand up nicely to fruit and bold flavors.
