George Dickel Bottled in Bond Distilling Season Spring 2007 is a limited-offering 13-year-old whisky. The third release in the series marks the first offering to be from a spring distilling season.
The nose showcases a wonderful savory quality, with cigar box, barrel char, and cinnamon alongside sweet buttercream frosting and candied pecans. On the palate, roasted nuts and juicy citrus sit alongside caramel, red apple, barrel char, and that lush buttercream frosting. The finish keeps on going with spice and barrel char. Bottled at 50% abv.
