This pet nat is made using a super concentrated 5% of Gargenega grapes that have been added back in to the juice to kickstart fermentation again in the bottle – giving you the tell tale fizz.
A dry, hazy treat with flavours of pear and elderflower. Light and spritzy – this is one for the summer!
