Description
Flicette Grenache Blanc is a crisp and refreshing white wine from the Languedoc region in southern France, named after Flicette, the first cat in space.
In appearance, it has a pale straw-yellow color with subtle green hues. The nose is bright and inviting, offering floral notes such as white blossoms alongside aromas of green apple, pear, citrus, and hints of stone fruit. On the palate, this wine is light to medium-bodied with fresh acidity. Flavours of ripe peach, pear, and zesty lemon emerge, complemented by a touch of minerality, which creates a lively and clean character. There is also a soft, round mouthfeel that balances the acidity, leading to a smooth finish. The refreshing and slightly zesty aftertaste leaves lingering fruit flavors.
