Epoch Reserve invokes the earliest style of Rye Whiskey, when it was Pot Distilled in small batches by Scottish-Irish settlers in Maryland. Our slow, meticulous process is a departure from modern, industrialized Rye production and a return to the high-character, nuanced Ryes that made Rye Whiskey famous.
