Description
This wine comes from Thierry Michon, one of the leaders of France’s Biodynamic movement. He places an incredible amount of importance on the schist and silex soils in which his parcels are planted upon.
His practices are certified Organic and Biodynamic, keeping the purity and health of the soil in tact is a key priority for him. So much so, he acquired neighbouring land that surrounds his parcels of fruit in order to make sure no chemicals could infiltrate the soil on his land from neighbouring farming practises.
Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tank expect flavours of citrus fruits and pear, with a minerality that is an expression of the schist and silex soils.
