Description
The vines used to make this wine are 35 years old and the name is taken from the small stream which runs through the vineyard.
This wine is fresh, delicate with lemon and salty notes. Try this with oysters if you like them. Muscadet has been described as the perfect oyster wine but if youre not keen on oysters, seafood such as clams or mussels, mullet or shrimp all work beautifully. If seafood isnt your thing, goats cheese would work very well indeed.
